Application Support and Help Desk

  • The RTC Help Desk is staffed by two trained technicians from the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily.

  •  
  • Users are able to submit a HELP request online, via the web, as well as query the status of their ticket.

  •  
  • Our Applications Support Staff is composed of professional, dedicated, and experienced "people-people". Their goal is to make the users feel competent, comfortable, and in-control of their data processing.

  •  
  • RTC operates two training centers at the SCCOE, allowing over 40 users access to state-of-the-art computers, quiet settings, clear projection systems, and plenty of white board space.
